Payments automatically canceled?

I received an email tonight stating that "Kurt Caz canceled your automatic payments". I did not initiate this request.

Could someone let me know why this happened?

Happened to us all I suspect. I guess there is a rethink on premium content and how to implement it going forward.
I am sure admins will update in due course.
